All Our Roast Hog Menus Provide

Chef and Aide for 11 hours (Cooking Time 8 Hours)
Serving Window 2 Hours if required

.

Our Chef will arrive around 8 hours before service and set up the gazebo if required. He will then prepare and start to slowly roast the hog( if requested we can cook off site and arrive 2 hours before your selected serve time).

Once the hog is roasting the serving tables and linen will be setup. He will also set up the lights if required.

The apple sauce will then be prepared and made fresh on site giving off a lovely aroma all afternoon.

If your selected menu includes salads the chef will then  prepare all your salads fresh on site from the finest ingredients whilst the hog slowly roasts away .

40 minutes before serve time the roaster will be switched off to allow the juices to settle. On serving time the hog will be lifted from the oven creating a fantastic focal point.

As the hungry guests arrive a full joint will be carved infront of  them and served straight onto their bread roll by the chefs aide(we never pre-carve the meat and serve out of bain-maries).The guests will then help themselves to crispy crackling,apple sauce,sage and onion stuffing,bbq jerk sauce, the selection of salads and our fantastic home made chilli sauce.

Once all of your guests are fully satisfied and have had their seconds or even thirds we will carve any remaining hog onto foil platters and leave for your guests to enjoy later in the evening.
